Terms of purchase Jelly Images - 2025

All claims are to be lodged with our Customer Service Department within 14 days of despatch of your order. For more information on how to make a claim please contact our Customer Service team via email on info@jellyimages.co.uk.
When returning your package to Jelly Images, please retain proof of the item being sent as well as the date of return.

If you have purchased a digital copy of the image(s), we are unable to refund your purchase.

Delivery is applied to UK addresses only. For delivery outside of the UK, please contact our support team prior to placing an order. Any orders created with non-UK delivery addresses will be refunded without prior notification.
